We're looking to raise our drink sales by 20%- this means just 5-6 more drink sales a day per server.

Currently, we sell around 3,034 units of alcohols & mocktails. We're going to give you $1/sale. We’re also working on creating a program for Appetizer, which is another ~2,500 units.

That’s $100-150/day back to the server’s pockets. Between 3-4 staff, you can earn up to $30-50 extra a day. Equivalent to $600-1000 back to your paycheck a month.

All we ask is for you to get trained in Upsell & raise our drink sales by 10-20% (more money to you).
