The Garden Patio is the perfect space for a small intimate lunch or dinner holding up to 20 seated

A reservationist will respond within 48 hours to discuss availability
Once we are able to confirm availability, a contract and authorization form will need to be filled out. In addition. A copy of a valid credit card and ID must be provided to confirm and hold your reservation.
A 50% deposit will be charged to the credit card on file at the time with the remainder due on the date of the event.
TERM AND CONDITIONS
The space is booked on a first-come, first served basis, and is only secured once a contract has been signed. A credit card must be supplied to confirm a booking and the full balance is due on the day of the event. Menu must be finalized 1 week before the event.
***Please note that there is a minimum guarantee, which is what we ask you to spend on food and beverage to cover the cost of having the space to yourself. All food and beverage orders are applied toward the minimum guarantee. If food and beverage purchase does not meet the minimum guarantee, the remainder will be charged as a room fee.
New York state tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill and are not included in the minimum guarantee.
All parties must end before 10.30 pm everyday
All guests at the table are charge the per person price, regardless of dietary restrictions.
We require a full 24 hour notice in writing should you need to cancel your reservation.
If the cancellation in made within 24 hours, the $100 deposit will not be refunded.

Per guest price is based on the menu selected. Beverages are charged on consumptions. We do not offer beverage package at this time. In addition, New York state tax 18% gratuity and 3% service fee will be added to the final bill.
